Launched in 2021, the African Conference on Debt and Development (AfCoDD) brings together African citizens to discuss and debate Africa’s path towards economic, political and social, self-determination.
This year’s AfCoDD is themed “Reparations and Reparative Justice for an African Financial Architecture and Transformation”. The theme isJustice, aligned with the African Union’s 2025 agenda, being championed by the Republic of Ghana.
Join us for insightful discussions on reforming and rebuilding our continent with a focus on addressing economic transformation and emerging challenges, including the climate emergency and advances in artificial intelligence and industrialization. The conference will feature a variety of sessions, including political economy conversations and research presentations, aimed at connecting national issues with the broader goals of the African Union on reparations and debt development.
