Purpose: The purpose of this module is to give the participants a deep dive into the issues revolving around the political economy of debt from a global set up down to the African context. This session will be pegged on the recommendations of the Harare Declaration.
Objective: To enlighten the participants on where we are coming from in terms of the political economy of debt and the resultant challenges and impacts of the current debt architecture and the
need for its dismantling.
