Michelle Sithole graduated from the University of Zimbabwe with a Bachelor of Social Science Honors Degree in Political Science. She is currently employed by AFRODAD as an intern in the Domestic Resources Mobilization (DRM) department. Her main focus is on research, and she is particularly interested in illicit financial flows (IFFs), mineral resource governance, and public finance management. Michelle has previously worked for the International Organization for Migration (IOM) (UN Migration). She has also worked at Agritex Gwanda in cooperation with Sustainable Agriculture Technology (SAT) as a data entry clerk. She is passionate in human rights issues that result in economic, political, and social change.
