Sandile A Siphuma graduated from Bindura University of Science Education with a Bachelor of Environmental Science (BES) Honors Degree in Safety, Health, and Environmental Management. She also holds an Executive Certificate in Programme and Project Monitoring and Evaluation and another Executive Certificate in Humanitarian Assistance and Programme Management, both from the University of Zimbabwe. She is currently working for AFRODAD as a Monitoring and Evaluation Intern. Sandile also worked for Mimosa Mining Company Pvt Ltd, as a Safety, Health and Environmental Management (SHE) student intern (July 2017 – August 2018) and also volunteered under the Youth Peer Education Program for Restless Development International (November 2014 – August 2015). She is fond of Monitoring and Evaluation because it is cross cutting in all types of sectors.
