African Journalists Ready to Unleash Campaign Against Rising Debt in Africa

It was an honour and a pleasure representing our beloved country, The Gambia, at AFRODAD’s conference on Africa’s Rising Debt for Journalists across the continent this week at Abidjan. Reporting on debt is not one of the sexy topics that the public can relate to because its difficult to see how the loans taken by Government continue to suffocate Government spending on the Social and Productive Sectors.
