Partners meeting on Public Debt Management: Zimbabwe Chapter
AFRODAD hosted a Partners Meeting on public debt management in Harare, Zimbabwe on the 5th of May 2022, which was attended by approximately 30 participants from civil society, government and the academia. The meeting was aimed at creating a space where AFRODAD would inform its partners of its new strategic plan, enhancing dialogue with partners on how to respond to the global, regional and national context and to identify collaborative strategies towards influencing policy change. Various technical updates were shared namely on issues of; SDRs and Debt, DRM and Inequality and International public private finance. We got a chance to interview some of the participants sharing their reflections of the meeting and this is what they had to say.
