Agrippa holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Industrial Sociology from the University of Zimbabwe. He previously interned at the National Railways of Zimbabwe, where he gained hands-on experience in key HR functions. Agrippa brings a sociological perspective to Human Resources, employing data-driven insights and social analysis to enhance workplace culture, resolve conflicts, and align employee relations with organisational goals. In addition to his HR focus, he has an emerging interest in debt management and policy development, particularly in domestic and foreign policy issues. Agrippa has authored an article on Mental Health Awareness and was instrumental in founding the Zimbabwe Industrial Sociology Association (ZISA), a student-led club at the University of Zimbabwe established in 2022.
