Chris is the Campaigns and Communication Intern at AFRODAD. He has a strong background in media, advocacy, and campaigns. He brings experience from various roles, including non-governmental organizations, where he has contributed to health, social justice, and financial transparency initiatives. He has been instrumental in launching impactful programs such as 'Afya Njema' in Nandi County, focusing on healthcare accountability, and has organised conferences on topics like tobacco control and illicit financial flows. Passionate about digital content creation, Chris has worked on projects ranging from YouTube shorts for prominent personalities to advocacy campaigns for organizations like the National Taxpayers Association. His expertise in engaging diverse audiences—from government bodies to university students—and his strategic approach to social media management, particularly for live events, have elevated the visibility of critical discussions on platforms like X (formerly Twitter). He is keen to amplifying meaningful narratives.
