Ms. Janet Zhou brings 15 years of experience in social and economic justice, organisational leadership, policy advocacy, and institutional development. Throughout her career, she has led people-centred development initiatives, strengthened organisations, influenced policy processes, and championed accountability and social justice at national, regional, and global levels. Her expertise spans strategic planning and implementation, resource mobilisation, grants and risk management, team leadership, organisational transformation, and policy advocacy.
