Tefetso Nicolus Kele is a legal and development practitioner from Maseru, Lesotho, working at the nexus of law, governance, policy, and international engagement. He holds an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Lesotho and is an alumnus of the Mandela Washington Fellowship and YALI RLC.

Tefetso’s leadership focuses on governance and legal systems, economic development, and social impact. He has served as Secretary General of ICOYACA Lesotho, Vice Secretary of the Lesotho Youth Cooperatives Alliance, and was a professional development fellow at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. He is the Vice Chairperson of the Smart Partnership Hub Youth Link and sits on the SADC Parliamentary Forum steering committee for Trade, Industry, Finance and Investment.

Founder of the Nicolus Kele Forum, he led Lesotho’s delegation to the 2025 G20 Youth Summit (Y20) and has received awards including the Creative Thinker Award (Boise State University) and the Golden Heart Award (Tanaka Foundation).
