Domestic Resource Mobilisation

Tinotenda holds a bachelor's degree in Economic History from the University of Zimbabwe and a master’s degree in development studies from Midlands State University. She is an alumnus of the Grant Writing and Funding Fellowship at the Leaders of Africa Institute, as well as a certified Monitoring and Evaluation Professional from the Institute of Sustainable Project Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation. Tinotenda has experience in resource mobilisation within the non-profit sector, specialising in drafting, writing, and researching grants across various thematic areas, including human rights advocacy, sexual reproductive health, economic empowerment, education promotion, and women empowerment initiatives. As a development enthusiast, her interests lie in capacity building, resource mobilisation, and sustainability in Africa. Her research and advocacy focus areas include public finance management, public debt, fiscal policy, the impact of technology on financial systems, climate change, the green economy, political economy, development economics, as well as policy formulation and analysis.
