The IDA for African Heads of State Summit is taking place on the 28th and the 29th of April
in Nairobi, Kenya.


The IDA - or the International Development Association - is part of the World Bank Group
that focuses on delivering zero or low-interest loans and grants to the poorest countries in
the world. At least 70% of the IDA’s commitments have been deployed in Africa.
 

On Thursday 25th April at 3.00PM EAT, The AFRODAD, and its partners will convene a media
briefing by top African economists to speak on the IDA21 replenishment and what it means
for Africa.
