We are discussing the sixth summit of European Union (EU) and African Union (AU) heads of state and government that was concluded recently in Brussels which saw the issuance of a “Joint Vision for 2030” that aims to consolidate a “renewed partnership” between the two continents.
How far did the commitments made during the summit respond to Africa’s Needs.
